The cherry blossoms of Kisogawa-zutsumi are specified as the scenic spot and natural treasure of the country.
About 9 km row of cherry trees continues from Kitagata-cho, Ichinomiya-shi, Aichi-ken to Kusai-cho, Konan-shi. There are various cherry blossoms, such as Higan cherry trees (early-flowering cherry trees), weeping cherry trees, Yoshino cherry trees (Japanese flowering cherry trees).
During cherry blossom season, various kinds of the festivals are held in 138 Tower Park. The period is from late March to early April.

Access by public transport: From Central Japan International Airport, take Meitetsu μ-SKY Limited Express bound for Meitetsu Gifu. Alight at Meitetsu Ichinomiya station.
Walk to the Bus Platform #3 on the East Side of Meitetsu Ichinomiya Station, take the Meitetsu Bus bound for Ichinomiya General Gymnasium (一宮総合体育館 Ichinomiya Sogo Taikukan), get off at 138 Tower Park (Ichi-San-Hachi Tawa Paku) (21min ride - 390 yen) and walk 5min.
